Services Terms and Conditions
Definitions
- “Services”: The services selected and confirmed by the Client in their shopping cart.
- “Firm”: Blueshift IP, LLC (www.blueshiftip.com), with a business address of 1 Broadway, 14th Floor, Cambridge, MA 02142, USA.
- “Client”: The entity listed as the Client in the signature block below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Blueshift IP website, adding services to your shopping cart, and/or selecting “Place Order,” you (the Client) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Blueshift IP, LLC (the Firm). By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified fees for the selected Services before the Firm is required to perform any work. The Firm shall perform the Services diligently and to professional standards. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any services through it.
Digital Signature Consent
By using the Blueshift IP website and selecting “Place Order,” you consent to the use of electronic signatures and electronic records for all agreements, transactions, and communications with the Firm. You acknowledge and agree that your electronic signature, including but not limited to clicking “Place Order,” checking boxes to indicate consent, or typing your name in designated signature fields, constitutes your legal signature and creates a binding legal obligation equivalent to a handwritten signature on a paper document. You further acknowledge that you have the necessary hardware, software, and ability to access, review, print, and retain electronic records. This consent applies to all transactions and communications between you and the Firm. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic records and signatures by contacting the Firm in writing, but understand that the Firm may then terminate your ability to use the online ordering system, requiring all future transactions to be conducted through traditional means.
Relationship to Master Legal Services Agreement
The Firm is only obligated to perform the Services if the Client is an existing client of the Firm, based on a previously executed Master Legal Services Agreement between the Client and the Firm. These Terms and Conditions will become an Addendum to the existing Master Legal Services Agreement between the Client and the Firm once the Client selects “Place Order” in their shopping cart.
